What Happens When You Reach Out

You don't need to have it all figured out before you call. Our admissions team is trained to listen first, ask a few honest questions, and help you understand your options — with zero obligation.

01. Free Consultation

Call or fill out our form. Our admissions team reviews your situation confidentially and answers your questions, no pressure and no commitment required.

02. Insurance Verification

We check your insurance benefits at no cost, so you know exactly what's covered before you make any decisions.

03. Medical Evaluation

Our physician reviews your health history, substance use, and withdrawal risk to determine the safest, most effective treatment plan for you.

04. Same-Day Start

Most clients begin their care plan the same day they're evaluated — because waiting when you're ready to start is the last thing you need.

Your Questions, Answered Honestly

You may be wondering whether outpatient detox is really the right fit, what it costs, or what to say when you call. There's no wrong way to start this conversation — our team has heard every version of it before, and we're not here to judge, only to help.

Most Major Insurance Accepted

We work with most major commercial insurance plans, employer-sponsored coverage, and Medicaid options. Our admissions team verifies your benefits before you begin, at no cost and no commitment required.

What to Have Ready When You Call

You don't need much to get started — just be ready to talk through:

  • The substance(s) you or your loved one are using
  • How long the use has been going on, if known
  • Any current medications or health conditions
  • Insurance information, if you have it on hand (we can also verify this for you)

If you don't have all of this, that's okay too. Call anyway — our team will help you figure out the rest.

FAQ

Admissions Questions We Hear a Lot

How fast can I start treatment?

Most clients are evaluated and begin their care plan the same day they call.

What if I'm calling for someone else, not myself?

That's common, and we're glad to help. We can walk you through how to approach your loved one and what the admissions process looks like for them.

Do I need a referral from a doctor to start?

No. You can reach out directly, and our physician will conduct the medical evaluation as part of our intake process.

Is my call confidential?

Yes. Everything you share with our admissions team is confidential and protected under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, the federal law specifically governing substance use disorder treatment records.

What if I don't have insurance?

Contact us and we'll discuss your options. We want to make sure financial concerns don't stand between you and getting the right care.

What if I've been to treatment before and it didn't work?

Tell us about that. What helped, what didn't, and what the program looked like are useful information for building a plan that actually fits this time.

The First Step Is the Hardest One

If you've been thinking about getting help — for yourself or someone you care about — this is the moment to act on it. Our admissions team is ready when you are.
